My name is Macha and I have the privilege of supporting and guiding girls through puberty and beyond, so that they can flourish into the women of tomorrow.

Franco-British, I was raised as a feminist, encouraged to seize all the opportunities of life. This I have done, travelling and living across Africa and Asia, enjoying a successful career in international development, with a focus on women’s rights.

I am married and have a busy and lively household of two girls, one boy and a cat.

I think teenagers are amazing and that they deserve to be cherished and encouraged by a strong community of peers and adults. The groups I facilitate are a safe, fun and warm place for girls on the cusp of adolescence to explore together what it means to become young women in today’s exciting and occasionally daunting world.
