I feel a deep responsibility to honour our girls during their journey from childhood to womanhood and I offer a space in which the transition into their teenage years can be supported and rightfully acknowledged. Being a mother of two daughters and an auntie to seven nieces, I am aware of the many challenges and pressures girls face today.  Whose own path through adolescence wasn’t without its wobbles?! We can harness the power of women uniting to bring support, ease and joy as our girls navigate their personal journey.

I offer a friendly space for preteen girls to meet, be themselves, celebrate who they are, and explore all that comes with growing up. We gather once a month, over a year, giving your daughter a sense of what a monthly cycle feels like. She can explore what she is curious about, talk of her dreams, share any unsettling feelings about growing up, all whilst building life-long relationships with accepting friends. I invite mothers to journey too, meeting at the same time as your daughters, running in parallel to our girls group and supporting a deeper connection between you and your daughter as you continue to grow together.

I love playing with wood and natural crafts and enjoy swimming in the sea throughout the seasons. I have a background in sculpture and worked for years as a production designer in a buzzing and creative environment. I cherish time alone in my pottery studio just like I used to value journaling as a teen. I appreciate the energy of young people and have enjoyed crafting clay projects together at home and in my local community and school.

I warmly welcome you and your daughter to a free taster session to get a good feel for what Girls Journeying Together is all about. Click the Free Taster Button to find out more.
