I offer the girls in my Girls Journeying Together groups a safe, nurturing and fun environment where they feel they can be themselves without judgement or expectation. I promise to make space for them to explore their feelings and values…and to ask as many questions as they need to.

I am drawn to supporting girls through puberty in acknowledgement that it can be an overwhelming time of great change that deserves to be recognised for all the joy, anticipation and uncertainty it brings.

Through my own training and personal development, I have benefited from many years as part of and facilitating groups; I am delighted to bring this powerful opportunity to girls at such a critical time in their lives.

Over the last 20 years I have been working with people as they experience major milestones in their lives. Alongside my roles as a Girls Journeying Together Facilitator and Girls’ Net Mentor, I am a qualified Holistic Therapist, Birth Doula, Independent Celebrant and Milestone Mentor.

I am an active and hands-on auntie – nine times over; I live in Forest Row, East Sussex with my husband and most recently adopted cats, Bella and Boris.
