I feel a deep responsibility to help girls transition from girlhood to womanhood. It is not so long ago that I was taking the same steps as the girls will soon be taking on their own path; I will support them by being a bridge into this unknown territory.

Through creating a community to support one another, build meaningful friendships and explore each girl’s own wisdom, we make space to celebrate and value each girl’s individuality. Every girl gains a deeper understanding of who she is and is invited to step into her unique feminine power, together.

I understand the modern experience of adolescence and can relate to their current journey with the benefit and wisdom of hindsight. Being a teenager can be confusing, emotional and also incredibly fun for both girls and their families. During each monthly Girls Journeying Together gathering, we will honour the importance of nurturing inner growth alongside having a space to discuss outer growth… and all that comes with it! For centuries across the globe it has been essential for women to connect to one another and just as essentially with our girls.

For the last four years I have been travelling, working as an au pair and assisting on yoga teacher training, specifically for women. I worked at a forest school for children helping them to connect to their joy through nature and as a carer for the elderly in my home town of Brighton. Now living in Bali, I’m a yoga practitioner and a jeweller who loves to surf, dance and create. All of these experiences have strengthened the calling I feel to hold a space of sisterhood and sharing. A space for girls to feel empowered in embracing the first and most vital steps at the beginning of their journey towards womanhood.

I welcome you to write to me if you have any questions or even if you would simply like to chat about Girls Journeying together.
