Girls Journeying Together groups: Cambridge

In Girls Journeying Together groups I provide a space for girls to be just as they are, where they will find kindness, compassion, friendship and fun.  Growing up and transitioning from girlhood to womanhood is hard and can be full of confusion and insecurity.  By giving girls support to grow and flourish, they can develop a strong sense of themselves and their own self-worth.

Young people today are faced with so many options and expectations which can be overwhelming which is exacerbated in this technological age.  I am passionate about supporting young women by creating a safe space for information sharing, discussion and exploring what it means to grow up.

Before having children, I worked as a social worker witnessing first-hand how empowering non-judgemental support can be.  I have travelled and home-schooled with my husband and three children.  I enjoy being around young people and feel privileged now to be able to work alongside them.  I’m an artist and a printmaker with a passion for the creative process. I find a huge sense of inspiration and joy from the natural world seeking to spend as much time outside as I can.

Please email me with any questions and come along to a taster session to find out more.
